1. Services
Golf Edit Gurus provides video editing, thumbnail design, short form content production and website design and management services as agreed per package.
2. Payment Terms
All packages are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to ongoing billing. Either party may cancel at any time with written notice to support@golfeditgurus.com.
3. Deliverables & Turnaround
Deliverables are as agreed per package. Standard turnaround times are 48 hours for thumbnails and 72 hours for video edits. The first edit for any new client may take longer as we establish your style and preferences, and this will always be communicated clearly before delivery. Rush turnarounds are available on request. All turnaround times commence upon receipt of all required client materials.
4. Revisions
Unlimited revisions are included as stated in the agreed package. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing raw footage, briefs, brand assets and feedback within agreed timeframes. Delays caused by the client do not affect billing cycles, and monthly payments continue regardless of client-side delays in providing materials.
6. Client Communication & Abandonment
Golf Edit Gurus requires timely communication and asset delivery from the client to fulfil agreed services. If a client becomes unresponsive for a period of 14 consecutive days after work has commenced, Golf Edit Gurus will issue a formal notice via email to the address provided. If the client remains unresponsive for a further 7 days following that notice, the agreement will be automatically terminated. No refund will be issued for any work already commenced or completed during this period. The client forfeits any remaining work in the current billing period. Should the client wish to resume services after termination, a new agreement must be entered into at the then-current rates.
7. Intellectual Property
The client owns all final delivered assets upon receipt of full payment. Golf Edit Gurus retains the right to display completed work as portfolio and promotional examples unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to commencement of work.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice to support@golfeditgurus.com. Golf Edit Gurus reserves the right to cancel any agreement at its discretion and will issue a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the current billing period where work has not yet commenced.
9. Limitation of Liability
Golf Edit Gurus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing period.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
