1. Our Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not happy with your first delivery we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
2. First Delivery Guarantee
If your first edit, thumbnail or website delivery does not meet your expectations, contact us at support@golfeditgurus.com within 7 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. No awkward conversations, no questions asked.
3. 30 Day Guarantee for Ongoing Clients
For clients on monthly retainer packages, if you are unhappy with our work at any point within the first 30 days of your agreement we will refund your most recent payment in full upon request.
4. Work Already Commenced
After the first delivery has been approved or after the initial 30 day period, we do not offer refunds for work already completed and approved by the client. This includes cases where the client has provided approval either explicitly or implicitly by not raising concerns within 7 days of delivery.
5. Unresponsive Clients
Where a client becomes unresponsive for 14 or more consecutive days after work has commenced, and the agreement is subsequently terminated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued for work already commenced or completed during that period.
6. Website Clients
If you are unhappy with your website at any point within the first 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will issue a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are not available for website builds as significant time and resource has been invested.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@golfeditgurus.com with your name, the service in question and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
8. Golf Edit Gurus Right to Terminate
Golf Edit Gurus reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In this case a pro-rata refund will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period.
